Secondly, don't assume you "know it all"
Depending on your level of experience, you may initially feel that the
book is too basic, too simplistic, too "common-sensical."
You may feel that it is too "newbie-oriented," that
you've heard it all before and that you know all this stuff.
But even the best marketers need a
refresher course once in a while. When a football team isn't
performing well, what's the first thing the coach does? That's
