FFAStorm

We recommend that you print out this chapter so that you can follow along as you enter your FFAStorm site for the first time.

Step 1:
Bookmark or make your FFAStorm site as one of your “favorite places,” so you can get to it as quickly as possible when you desire.  The URL you will need to bookmark is:

http://ffastorm.com/members.cgi

Bookmark it, and name it  “FFAStorm"

Step 2:
Now that you have the FFAStorm site set up as one of your favorite places, click on the link to go there.

Step 3:
You will be on the "FFA Storm Members Section Login" page.  Enter your username and password in the blocks provided.  Both your username and password were CHOSEN by you when you joined the FFAStorm Network.

Click the rectangular gray "Login" button.

You will be on the "FFA Storm Members Section - Main Menu" page.

(Important Note:  If this is your first time going to the FFAStorm site, continue on to Step 4 to set up your bonus FFABlaze membership.  But if you have already set up your bonus FFABlaze account as outlined in Step 4 and Step 5, skip to Step 6 below.)

Step 4:
Recall that the FFAStorm program is actually an association of two separate FFA networks, accessible through the main FFAStorm site.  You are automatically granted PAID membership status in the FFABlaze network at no additional charge!

But...

...our first step is to formally join the bonus FFABlaze network and set up an account with it.

Along the left side of the "FFA Storm Members Section - Main Menu" page you will see a column of eleven rectangular gray hotlink buttons.  Click on the seventh gray hotlink button from the top entitled, "Pro member's Page"

You will be on the "FFA Storm Members Section - Pro Members Only" page.

Step 5:
Scroll down the page slowly until you see two large rectangular boxes in the center of the page.

In the second box you will see light blue text stating, "If you are a new FFA Storm Pro member, please signup below."  Directly below that text line you will see dark blue text (which is a hotlink) stating, "Click here to signup for your FFA Blaze daily leads"  Click on this hotlink.

You will be on the "Join FFA Blaze" page.

In the blocks provided, enter your contact and personal information.  IMPORTANT!  This information should be the same information you entered when joining the main FFAStorm program, including the username and password.

After entering your personal information, click on the rectangular gray "Signup Now" hotlink button.  You will automatically be taken to the "Account Created Successfully" page.  Simultaneously you will immediately receive a verification email.  Click on the link in this email to verify your membership, and print out this email for your records.

You are now officially a pro-member of the FFABlaze network.

(Note:  After you verify your membership, it may take up to 24 hours before you can actually access your FFABlaze account.)

You have now completed the signup procedure for both of the FFA networks contained within the FFAStorm program, and you are ready to enter your ads into both mailing systems.  Please note that it is necessary to go through this signup procedure that you have just completed only ONCE.

In other words...

...from now on, when you go to the FFAStorm site, you can skip Step 4 and Step 5.

Now return to the "FFA Storm Members Section - Main Menu" page (Step 3, above) to enter your ads for the first time.  And remember... After you initially verify your membership in the FFABlaze network, it may take up to 24 hours before you can actually access it to send out your ads.)

Step 6:
Along the left side of the "FFA Storm Members Section - Main Menu" page you will see a column of eleven rectangular gray hotlink buttons.  Click on the eighth hotlink button from the top entitled, "Set and Forget Mailer"

You will be on the "FFA Storm Members Section - Set And Forget Email Settings" page.  On this page are several fields which must be completed for your ad to be automatically sent out.

1.  Format:  Make sure that "Plain Text" is chosen using the drop-down menu.

2.  Subject Line:  Copy and paste your selected subject line in this block.

3.  Message:  Copy and paste your selected sales message in this block.

4.  Time to Send:  Choose "7:00" using the drop-down menu.

5.  AM/PM:  Choose "AM" using the drop-down menu.

6.  Delay:  Choose "1 Day" using the drop-down menu.

7:  Enabled:  Choose "On" using the drop-down menu.  Make SURE this field is turned to "On," or your ad will NOT be saved!

Click on the rectangular gray "Set And Forget Your Ad" hotlink button.

You will be taken to the “Your S.A.F.E. settings have been edited successfully” page.  Your ad will now be sent out for you each day to the leads generated by the main FFAStorm network.  You will now need to set up your ad in the FFABlaze network...

Step 7:
Along the left side of the “Your S.A.F.E. settings have been edited successfully” page you will see the usual column of eleven rectangular gray hotlink buttons.  Click on the seventh hotlink button from the top entitled, "Pro Member's Page"

You will be back on the "FFA Storm Members Section - Pro Members Only" page.

Step 8:
Scroll down the page slowly until you see two large rectangular boxes in the center of the page.

In the first box you will see light blue text stating, "Pro members can login with their current user/pass."  Directly below that text line you will see dark blue text (which is a hotlink) stating, "Click here to login to FFABlaze members area"  Click on this hotlink.

You will be on the "FFA Blaze Members Section Login" page.  Enter your username and password, and then click on the rectangular gray "Login" hotlink button.

You will be on the "FFA Blaze Members Section - Main Menu" page.

Along the left side of the "FFA Blaze Members Section - Main Menu" page you will see a column of ten rectangular gray hotlink buttons.  Click on the seventh hotlink button from the top entitled, "Set and Forget Mailer"

You will be on the "FFA Blaze Members Section - Set And Forget Email Settings" page.  On this page are several fields which must be completed for your ad to be automatically sent out.

1.  Format:  Make sure that "Plain Text" is chosen using the drop-down menu.

3.  Message:  Copy and paste your selected sales message in this block.

Click on the rectangular gray "Set And Forget Your Ad" hotlink button.

You will be taken to the “Your S.A.F.E. settings have been edited successfully” page.  Your ad will now be sent out for you each day to the leads generated by the FFABlaze network.

You have now completed setting up your FFAStorm group of sites to deliver your sales message.  Close the FFAStorm site and continue on to the next Fast-Track Tutorial.

Summary
That's it!  You're done!  Since FFAStorm uses a "Set-And-Forget-Emailing" system your FFA page will now AUTOMATICALLY send out your sales message every day to both sets of leads.  The only time you need to return to your FFAStorm site is to change your sales message.
