Introduction to the
FastTrack Tutorials

I want you to answer two important questions:

Question # 1:  “What is the PRIMARY purpose of the CHIP programs?”

Question # 2:  “What is the PRIMARY purpose of the CHIP programs?”

Now it sounds as though we are asking the same question twice, but that’s not the case – we are simply asking it from two different points of view.  And before you start using the FastTrack Tutorials, it’s important for you to understand these different points of view.

The primary purpose of the CHIP programs
for YOU, the Big Dogs affiliate is to...
GENERATE LEADS
...plain and simple.

That's why you joined the C.H.I.P. programs in the first place, isn't it - to generate leads.  But…the thing that a lot of new Big Dogs don’t realize is that each of the programs in the CHIP are completely separate entities – separate companies - owned by different organizations and individuals.

HOWEVER!...

...the primary purpose of the CHIP programs for the OWNERS of each of these individual programs is to get you to become a paying member so that they will make a profit.  There's certainly nothing wrong with that;  a company can only stay in business if it's making a profit.  So... we WANT the owners of the CHIP companies to make a profit by having as many paying members as possible.

Now, just HOW do they get you to become a member and REMAIN a member?  Well, that’s simple – by giving you the biggest “bang for your buck” – by giving you a quality program with as many features as possible!

Remember that long before the Big Dogs came along, the CHIP programs had been designed by their creators as completely separate, stand-alone programs.  They were designed to be attractive, benefit-filled programs long before the Big Dogs Home Office “packaged” them together into the CHIP.

And therein lies the "problem"…

A lot of these individual sites offer more - a LOT more - than “just” lead generation.  For example, most of the sites provide their members with the ability to customize their sites to a very great degree.  You can customize the look and feel of your site, the background colors, the number of links on the site, the type and number of banners, etc, etc.  Other sites offer a HUGE amount of member benefits in the form of marketing reports and articles, free downloads and scripts, and other items designed to make you a better marketer.

But if you are a “newbie,” or if you are accessing these sites for the first time, this array of extra features can be confusing to say the least!  It’s very, VERY easy to become lost and frustrated when navigating through these sites for the first time!  On some of these sites you could literally spend DAYS investigating the array of benefits offered.

But again we stress that, for YOU, the primary function of these programs - the primary reason they are included in the C.H.I.P. - is to generate traffic.  We don't want you to get lost and overwhelmed by this bewildering array of other features, so...

...we designed the Big Dogs’
“FastTrack Tutorials.”

The purpose of the FastTrack Tutorials is to “cut to the chase” and to get you “up and running” as QUICKLY as possible, with as little confusion as possible, so that you can set up each C.H.I.P. program to automatically send your ads out to your leads – NOW!…TODAY!…IMMEDIATELY!

Each FastTrack Tutorial, formatted in a simple, step-by-step manner, will show you how to use the lead generation portion of each site in minutes!

That’s great, but are we suggesting that you IGNORE the other benefits of each of these programs?  Not at all!  There is a veritable WEALTH of information and tools contained on these sites, and we ENCOURAGE you to take full advantage of them…but only AFTER you have mastered their PRIMARY purpose (for us Big Dogs).  And their primary purpose is generating traffic for your website.

In other words:

1.  Go to each site
2.  Using the FastTrack tutorial, set it up for
     traffic-generating purposes.  DO-NOTHING-ELSE!
Ignore everything else you see on these sites except
for what we SPECIFICALLY tell you to do!!!
3.  Get out!... And go on to the next tutorial.

Also... There is another important item to keep in mind to avoid becoming confused:

Recall that there are three types of emailing systems.  First of all, there's the PC-based emailing system which requires that you have a Group Mailer program installed on your computer.  When using a PC-based mailing system, each day you receive an email containing several hundred email addresses of prospects.  You would transfer this list to your Group Mailer software, add in your sales message and send it out over your ISP.

Secondly, there is the web-based emailing system.  This does NOT require any additional software, like a Group Mailer.  Instead, you go to a program's website each day, enter your sales message, and click "send"  Your sales message will then be sent out to that day's prospects over that program's ISP, and not your ISP.  Thus, with the web-based mailing system you will never even see the email addresses of your prospects - the whole mailing process is done "behind-the-scenes."

Finally, there is the Set-And-Forget-Emailing system.  A S.A.F.E. system is actually a web-based emailing system with one important additional feature:  After you enter your sales message, the program will automatically send it out to each day's prospects - the only time you need to return to the website is when you wish to change your sales message.  With a S.A.F.E. system, you could literally go on vacation for a month, never touch your computer, and your ads would go out automatically each and every day!

Now here's the confusing part...

Some of the C.H.I.P. programs make use of ONLY the S.A.F.E. system, but a lot of them allow you to choose which of the three emailing system you wish to use.  Those C.H.I.P. programs that offer you a choice make both the web-based and S.A.F.E systems available on their websites, but they also email you the list of prospects email addresses each day.  Bear in mind, however, that you are permitted to use just ONE of the three emailing methods on any given day.  The Big Dogs program and the Fast-Track Tutorials make use of the Set-And-Forget-Emailing systems ONLY.  Thus, the emails you receive each day from certain of the C.H.I.P. programs containing lists of email addresses can simply be ignored.

This is so important that we're going to repeat it...

The emails you receive each day from certain of the C.H.I.P. programs containing lists of email addresses can simply be ignored.  In other words you can simply delete 'em, because the S.A.F.E. systems have already sent your sales message to the same group of leads.

Finally, we strongly recommend that you go through each Fast Track Tutorial in the order in which we have them listed.  The Tutorials are listed in a systematic and strategic order.  We have very, VERY good reasons for this sequence, so we urge you NOT to "hop around."  For example, even if you feel you are an "expert" on ClickBank, start with the ClickBank tutorial.

You will notice, in fact, that to make sure that we don't "information you to death," we have set up the Fast Track tutorials in a multi-day schedule.  If you ARE a newbie, we strongly recommend that you follow this schedule.

Do what that day's schedule calls for and then GET THE HECK OFF THE COMPUTER!

Play with the kids!  Go have a beer with the guys!  Go out for dinner with your spouse!  Watch reruns of Seinfeld!  Do something that's gonna get your mind off the keyboard for awhile.

On Day 1... you'll learn just the very basics.  This is where we lay the groundwork for the important stuff.

Day 1's training includes:

1.  "How to Contact the Big Dogs Home Office"  (Actually, you should already have read this in Part I.)  Just glance over it so you know it's there.  You certainly don't have to memorize this information, but it's important for you to be at least somewhat familiar with the manner in which you should contact us.  You never know when a question or a problem will come up when you're going through the Fast Track tutorials.

2.  "How to Contact the Various C.H.I.P. Companies"  Once again, you should already have glanced through this (very) briefly in Part II.  Just be aware of where this information is in the Training Manual.  If you have a specific question or problem with one of the CHIP programs, your FIRST line of communication should be through that CHIP program itself.  Then, if the problem is not resolved after a reasonable time, contact the Big Dogs Home Office.

3.  "On the Fast Track with ClickBank"  This tutorial is sort of a repeat of what you've already learned about ClickBank in chapter 8 of the ebook.  It reviews how ClickBank works, and how to make sure your ClickBank hoplink is functioning properly so you get paid for sales of the ebook.  Remember that the whole Big Dogs system starts with the sale of the ebook, so even if you THINK you're a "ClickBank expert," you should review this tutorial - it's THAT important!

4.  "On the Fast Track with AdMinder"  Here we show you how to set up your Tracking URL using the AdMinder program.  AdMinder will show you how many clicks you are getting and will tell you how well (or how poorly!) your ad is doing to attract prospects.

5.  "On the Fast Track with Your 'Target' URL"  This tutorial shows you how to set up your Target URL - Your Target URL is the URL that you actually place in your ads.

On Day 2... you'll learn the ins-and-outs of designing ads for the Internet...

1.  "On the Fast Track with Setting Up Your Ads" shows you how to format an ad properly, and how to set up an "Ads Folder" to store all of your ads in a systematic way.

2.  "On the Fast Track with the Big Dogs Ad Vault"  If you're promoting the Big Dogs program, you'll find our Ad Vault to be an indispensable tool.  The Ad Vault contains several field-tested sales messages with multiple subject lines from which you can "mix and match."  All our ads are preformatted to be the standard width and length, spell-checked, grammar-checked, and run through spam-checker software.  In short, the Ad Vault will get you started f-a-s-t-!

On Day 3... you'll actually start setting up the C.H.I.P. programs to send out your sales message!

The Tutorials for Day 3 introduce you to those C.H.I.P. programs that provide a single source of leads.  These include...

  • TrafficWave

  • MultiLinks

  • MonsterTraffic

  • DailyTargetedLeads Network, and

  • Kiosk.ws

Most of the C.H.I.P. programs provide all three methods to send out your sales message (i.e. PC-based, web-based, and S.A.F.E.).  However, remember, that the Fast-Track Tutorials instruct you in the use of the S.A.F.E. ("Set-And-Forget-Emailing") systems only.

Why do we emphasize just the one system?

If you'll recall, with a S.A.F.E. system, once you enter your sales message and preferred delay, you don't have to return to the site until you wish to change your sales message or delay.  The system itself will automatically send out your sales message each day over THEIR computers.

This is by far the simplest type of emailing system for new folks to learn and it is by far the most automatic.  You'll get up-and-running F-A-S-T!  In fact, by the end of Day 3, you will have set up no less than FIVE programs that will be automatically sending out your sales message, day in and day out - even when you're out of the office or on vacation!

Autopilot marketing at it's best!

On Day 4... you'll be setting up the remainder of the C.H.I.P. programs to send out your sales message.

The Tutorials for Day 4 introduce you to those C.H.I.P. programs that provide multiple sources of leads.  These include...

  • ProspectResponse

  • FFAStorm, and

  • X-Streeam Marketing

Thus, by the end of Day 4, you will have set up an additional THREE programs that will be automatically sending out your sales message each day.  AND... since each of these four C.H.I.P. programs provide two lead sources, you will actually have set up an additional SIX automatic lead generators!!!

Finally, on Day 5... we're gonna put it all together, and help you arrange all of your chores so you can get on and off your computer in the absolute minimum amount of time!

Naturally, if you're a little more "computer-literate" then you may be able to easily breeze through ALL of the Fast-Track Tutorials in one afternoon!  That's just fine, but we DO urge caution in trying to absorb too much too quickly.

(The only exception to this suggested sequence would be if you have not joined all of the C.H.I.P. programs.  If you have not yet joined a certain program then, of course, skip that tutorial and proceed to the next tutorial for the program of which you ARE a member.)

And remember that, as we stated above, each of the companies in the CHIP program are independent entities.  As such, the owners of these companies may change the directions on how to use their program at any time.  If you find that the procedures on any of the C.H.I.P. program websites deviate from those in any of the Fast Track Tutorials, please inform the Big Dogs Home Office at Stan@BigDogSecrets.com so that we may update the Guide.

The Big Dogs Home Office ENCOURAGES your feedback.  Our goal is to make the Fast Track tutorials as simple and easy to use as is humanly possible.  If you feel that there is something that could be changed to make them even EASIER to use, well, let us know!  If there is something that you feel we have not made quite clear enough...INFORM US!  In all probability, you are NOT the only one having the difficulty.

In other words, HELP US in our continuing efforts in making Big Dogs a company OF it's affiliates and BY it's affiliates!
