On the Fast Track with…
TrafficWave

We recommend that you print out this chapter so that you can follow along as you enter your TrafficWave site for the first time.

Step 1:
Bookmark or make the TrafficWave.net Back Office login page as one of your “favorite places,” so you can get to it as quickly as possible when you desire.  (Note:  The "Back Office" is simply your "member's area," where you access the tools that come with your TrafficWave membership.)  The URL you will need to bookmark is:

http://www.trafficwave.net/login.html

Bookmark it, and name it, simply, “TrafficWave"

Step 2:
Now that you have your TrafficWave.net Back Office login page set up as one of your favorite places, click on the link to go there.

Step 3:
Along the left side of the “TrafficWave.net Back Office” login page, enter your username and password in the large gray box.  (Remember that your username and password are caSE-seNsiTIve.  That means that "username" is different from "USERNAME" or "UserName")  Click on the rectangular gray “Login Now” button.

You will now be on the MAIN "TrafficWave.net Back Office" page.  (This title is in the upper left-hand corner of the page.)

Step 4:
Directly below the title is a thick gray bar running from left to right across the page.  In this gray bar is a row of seven text hotlinks.  Place your cursor (but do NOT click) on the sixth text hotlink from the left entitled, "Member Extras"

When you place your cursor (but do NOT click) on the "Member Extras" text link, another row of four blue text hotlinks will appear below the gray bar.

Click on the third hotlink from the left entitled, "FFA Campaigns"

You will now be on your "Edit Your FFA" page area of the TrafficWave.net Back Office.

Step 5:
Under the "Page Options (look and feel)" area, enter "Secrets of the Big Dogs!" (without the quotes) as your Headline.  Let the other blocks in this area ("Select Page Colors," "Max Items," and "Page Meta-Tags") at their default value.

Now scroll down the page until you get to the "Email Options" area...

In the "Email Options" area you will be asked to fill in several blocks to configure your FFA site so that it will automatically send out your sales message to prospects...

Block # 1 - “Your Name”  Enter either your name or company name.

Block # 2 - "Your Email"  Enter your MAIN email address.

Block # 3 - “Subject for Your Confirmation Email”  NOW we start to get to the IMPORTANT stuff!  Your “confirmation email” is of course, your ad, or sales message, that will be going out to all the people who post THEIR ad to the TrafficWave FFA network.  The “Subject for Your Confirmation Email” is, of course, the subject line that will be appearing in that person’s email browser, which acts as an initial “headline” for your email sales message.

Copy and paste your selected subject line into this block.

Block # 4 - “Letter Body”  THIS is your ad or sales message!  You do NOT have to add a “no-spam-disclaimer” since the TrafficWave system will add that automatically when your sales messages are sent out.

Copy and paste your selected sales message into this block.

(Note:  Our preformatted ads have already been run through a spam checker program.  Thus, unless you are designing your own ads, you do not have to be concerned with the "Improve your letter delivery rate with a FREE Spam Checker" option.)

Block # 5 - “Incoming Notification Options”  On the dropdown menu, choose "Daily."  Each morning you will then receive an email indicating the number of prospects your ad was sent out to the previous day.

Block # 6 - “Outgoing Message Delay”  You can delay sending out your “notification (i.e. your sales message) up to 10 days.  There is a greater chance of your sales message being seen if you delay sending it out.  But, although TrafficWave permits a delay of up to ten days, we recommend setting your delay at just one day.

Block # 7  This block – “Send Outgoing Message” – should be checked by default.  ALWAYS keep this block checked!

Step 7:
Finally, at the very bottom of the page, you will see a gray button which states either "Create My FFA Page" or Update My FFA Page” button.  (If you do not click this button your information will not be saved and your ad will NOT be sent out!)  Click on this "Create/Update My FFA Page" button, and your TrafficWave FFA page is now on autopilot!  It will automatically send out YOUR sales message to all the people that post THEIR sales message to the entire TrafficWave FFA network!

(Note:  When you click on your "Create/Update My FFA Page" button two things happen:  First, you will be taken to a page on the TrafficWave site that confirms that your information has been accepted.  Secondly, an email will be sent to you at your main email address containing a proof copy of your sales message.)

You have now completed setting up your TrafficWave site to deliver your sales message.  Close the TrafficWave site and continue on to the next Fast-Track Tutorial.

Summary
That's it!  You're done!  Since TrafficWave uses a "Set-And-Forget-Emailing" system your FFA page will now AUTOMATICALLY send out your sales message every day.  The only time you need to return to your TrafficWave site is to change your sales message and/or your delay.

(Note:  Each of the companies in the CHIP program are independent entities.  As such, the owners of these companies may change the directions on how to use their program at any time.  If you find that the directions on the website deviate from those in this Fast Track Guide, please inform the Big Dogs Home Office at Stan@BigDogSecrets.com so that we may update the Guide.)
