If you'll recall, five years ago before I came up with the Big Dogs concept, I went through what I refer to as my "year of horror," when I made just about every marketing mistake possible.

Virtually ALL of us go through this initial (and painful!) learning phase, and for most of us this period DOES last approximately a year.

Another thing that most Alpha Dogs have in common is that - no matter HOW talented they are - it takes 'em around one or two or even three months before they really get goin' and learn how to do a solid, consistent job.

I even dropped out of the Internet class I was taking—so that I could apply the practical knowledge I was learning in the ebook as soon as possible."

In spite of the fact that I had no business experience whatsoever, I started thinking about being self-employed. I saw an infomercial about the cash flow business. A few thousand dollars later, I realized this was not the right business for me. But that is okay, because it led to me finding something that I am passionate about. Part of my wasted money was spent on an Internet class. "

"As soon as I started the class my energy level went way up. I spent time that I used to spend sleeping working on my assignments (because I wanted to). But the class was not answering the question burning within me..."

"At this point, I began experiencing the brutal and unforgiving Internet Marketing Learning Curve; lucky for me, my 'year of horror' only lasted for a month—otherwise I would have ended up broke and wandering the streets. The teacher suggested that I try Pay-Per-Click. A few hundred dollars later I had plenty of clicks, but no pay! So I searched online for the answers. I looked into Search Engine Optimization. It seemed like this could possibly work; if you spent 8 hours a day, five days a week, working on it. I tried blasting my ad to millions of FFA sites. All that got me was hundreds of emails every day. And so on and so forth—you all know the story. "

"One of the emails I received talked about your ebook, Stan. Something about the sales message, the low price, and the guarantee sold me. And the rest, as they say, is history..."

"Speaking of ads, here are some that I have used. So that this may serve to help my fellow Alpha Dogs and Big Dogs hit the ground running like I did—I am going to be completely honest. At the beginning of the first full week I applied the system, I didn’t have the confidence or the feel for copy writing. I floundered around with some pretty pitiful ads most of the week. Then I decided to do something about it. I modified a modified version of Scott Young’s Ad #019; he is in the "How'd They DO That!?" section in the Big Dogs Training Manual. This is important: ALL I WROTE IS THE SUBJECT LINE AND THE FIRST 6 SENTENCES. I know it’s kind of late, but uh, thanks Scott—you helped me get some serious momentum going. Hello, This is a PERSONAL reply to your posted AD. Do you think you worded your ad right? WHO CARES! NO ONE SAW IT! Does this make you MAD? Well, it should! You are being cheated. Cheated on your time. Your time is your life, and if you're wasting time, then you're wasting your life. Okay, I did not mean to be so harsh. I just want to get my point across to you.

I do care about your situation because you are JUST LIKE how I used to be. I can guarantee you that posting FREE ads is not working for you, and you are not getting sales or signups from it! No one will ever see your ad that you posted to my FFA page except a robot and maybe yourself. This is not the way you market successfully online.

How do I know you are not doing your marketing properly? Because I was doing the EXACT same things that you are doing, such as using Ad Blasters that post to 'thousands of advertising networks,' or manually posting free ads. FREE ADS DON'T WORK!

You probably did not realize that this was going to happen, but they always seem to get you with that fine print. I went through the same thing when I was first starting out. Just like you I posted to Safelists, FFA Pages, Classified Ads, purchased 'opt in email leads,' tried Search Engine Optimization, but nothing was working for me! I was going in debt and was very PISSED OFF! I knew that there was a way to make it, but I did not understand what my problem was.

Well, it turns out there were a couple of problems. First of all I was marketing the wrong way. Secondly I was marketing the wrong type of business. There is a difference between a "business opportunity" and a "money making opportunity". Moneymaking opportunities are scams--they are based around products or services that are useless. Some companies go as far as not even having a product (this is an illegal pyramid scheme). Those moneymaking opportunities are DEAD ENDS if you are trying to build a SOLID INCOME Online.

You must market a Business Opportunity. A Business Opportunity provides a VERY VALUABLE, in HIGH DEMAND Product or service. "Don't Dig for Gold, Sell the Shovels!" With this information in mind, I urge you to check it out. This system taught me how to market effectively and make money on the Internet. FFA’s are Fishing Nets

Sales Message:

Those who host FFA sites are fishermen with the easiest job in the world. The fish practically jump into their nets-lured by the promise of free advertising. Of course, all the fishermen want in return, is the right to send them a few, harmless emails. So, it’s a no-brainer, the fish gladly agree to receive some friendly emails, as long as they get FREE advertising.

At first, all seems well to the happy fish. They post their ads with GLEE to thousands, millions, and oodles of googols of FFA sites. Then the email starts pouring in, like a sudden storm. The fish are shocked, but undaunted-they will grin and bear it-for the free advertising they SEEK!

So begins the vicious cycle (post-email flood-post-email flood-post-email flood) that leads to desperation fast. For no matter how much posting they do-all they have to show for it is a full email box. The fish want to PLEAD for answers, but are too embarrassed. So they start looking for answers in the mountains of email they RECEIVE.

(Ah, the cunning of the fishermen is REVEALED! They lured these fish into their nets to hold them as a captive audience to their "solutions to the problem of finding yourself trapped in a net with no way out". Heck they didn’t even need real solutions-just real sounding solutions!)

INDEED these Free For All sites are a free-for-all-shark-feeding-festival for Internet Marketers looking to cash in again and again AT YOUR EXPENSE.

I know, I’ve seen both sides-and both sides make me SicK.

But there is a way out of either being Abused or being an Abuser. First, you can learn how to get out of the nets. Second, you can learn how to effectively market online. Third, you can help people get out of the nets and learn how to effectively market their programs and products online. Fourth, by doing this you will feel incredibly good about the state of your integrity and your bottom line; and you will inspire others to give more and take less.
