Stan:  "It's great to talk with a fellow Pennsylvanian, Chris!  Could you tell us a little about yourself?"

Chris:  "I am 38 years old, a single guy, with some college. I live in Northwestern, PA, and I  just bought a great house on a hill top on 27 acres.  Not married yet but working on it :-)  Because of what Big Dogs has played a part in helping me accomplish I get to spend a lot of time in the great outdoors - raising my Koi Fish and  enjoying my home!"

Stan:  "What is your background in business?  Do you have a lot of computer experience?"

Chris:  "A lot of computer experience!?  Hardly!  I have been in sales and marketing for 14 years - in the OFFline world.  Now, however,  I market online full time - due in part to the direct and indirect impact of the Big Dogs program. I was able to walk away from full time "employment!"

"A year before I joined the Big Dogs I knew how to turn a computer on and send email and create spreadsheets - that was about the extent of my "vast" computer knowledge!. Pretty much all I used it for. Of course marketing online made me learn more - and unfortunately spend a lot of money learning some useless information - until your ebook!"

"I tried online marketing the first time four years ago.....AND MET WITH UTTER DISASTER!

I took a $2,000 loss!  So I gave up and continued my successful off-line career as a Vice President for a firm until the economy went into a tailspin and I lost my major clients!  So.....I looked at online/network marketing once more - and I made a decision to give it all I had for 3 months.  I joined several well known Network Marketing Companies and met with not so great results - I worked hard putting in easily 90 hour weeks and buying every GURU's advice I could find - and took a loss every single month. "Secondly, I am determined and I put time into my business every day - without fail - (what was it you said?  'Work like no one else WILL for  a year and you'll live like no one else CAN for the rest of your life?')  Well, I know now that is true."

"Third - I am there for my team from the start and ongoing. I send out bulletins each week - keep in touch with the ones who don't sign up for the CHIPS and for those who do I send a BLUE PRINT of exactly what I do each day to the Alpha's so they have a guide. I take note of who is doing well and who needs assistance - there is NO reason not to have a degree of success with this if you are doing the CHIP'S each day."

Stan:  "Other than the C.H.I.P., what other sources do you use to generate traffic?"

Chris:  "Other than the CHIP, I have not had a lot of luck.  The exception is e-zine ads - once you have an ad that pulls hits, they are effective. I use some safelists and they produce to a degree. CHIP is the core."

Stan:  "Are there any little marketing 'tricks' that you use?"

Chris:  "Marketing tricks? Yes a big one - :-) I put my name, phone number, and email address in my ads - people are often shocked to find a legitimate phone number with me on the line!!! That's a huge flag saying 'we need to talk to real people!'"

"PUT YOUR PHONE AND EMAIL IN YOUR ADS!"

"The other ingredient is -  I let your wonderful story at the website sell the book for me- my ADs focus on getting folks to that site - if I can drive 100 to 200 people to the site - I will get at least 3 ebook sales that day.  One day alone I sold NINE ebooks!  So, letting the CHIP do its job and drive the traffic and letting the website sell the book. Those are my secrets."

Stan:  "The average conversion rate of ebook purchasers to Alpha Dogs is around 18%.  I understand YOUR conversion rate is a 'little' higher than that.  Can you fill us in on the details?"

Chris:  "My conversion rate has been awesome - as high as 34%! The reason? I immediately thank them for the purchase via email - I let them know I can answer any questions and look forward to helping them become an Alpha - should they so desire. Out of my first 124 ebook sales I had 36 full fledged Alpha's and another 40 individuals using one or more of the CHIP from before I determined that the Big Dogs would be my focus. My over all conversion of pure Alpha's at 29%!"

"Again, it is my weekly bulletin and access to me that does this. Interestingly - I made a big mistake in the beginning by not promoting the Big Dogs ebook itself - since I was failing in my other online endeavors I used the books principles on those first. So, I didn't sell them the book - and got many to join one or more of the programs in CHIP - I turned those businesses around in 2 months which was great - but when I did the math - had I sold the Big Dogs ebook instead I would have been over $6000 per month! Well, - I finally "woke up" in my third month and began to make Big Dogs and CHIP my only focus - and my combined deposits for my fifth month as a Big Dog were well over $4,000 - from CHIP, Group mail, The Ebooks sales, and the indirect impact on my other Online programs. Stan:  "GREAT ad copy, Chris!  It's important to point out that you are using a very PERSONAL style of writing.  You come across as a genuine and sincere 'regular guy,' and THAT gives your ad a whole buncha credibility.  I think it's also important to point out that you 'hit' the prospect with your URL, not just once, but THREE separate times in your ad.  And finally, you give your telephone number AND your email address - according to the statistics I've seen, less than ONE HALF OF ONE PERCENT of internet marketers put this information in their sales messages!  Obviously, you just can't beat that 'personal touch!"

"In closing, Chris, what are your general thoughts about the Big Dogs program, and what SPECIFIC advice would you give to aspiring Big Dogs and 'newbies' to the program?"

Chris:  "I want to thank you for this ingenious ebook that does the work of promoting 16 commissionable programs! And for being honest with us. What advice would I give?  I will share the same advice that I share with my teams....."

"You see -There is a thing called momentum - My team will tell you I talk about this a lot - as much as half my ebook buyers BOOKMARK the site and buy up to 2 weeks later. I hear this over and over. If you keep putting out your ads every day - it builds momentum, you may have really made a "sale" but not see it until a week later - if I have a day I don't sell an ebook - well, I just keep going. I know the CHIP works, and I know my AD is good because I track it. The sales will come - as you know! I am just persistent. Case in point -I had a guy sign up for all the programs and he was giving up at the end of his first month - he had only sold a couple of books. SO - he didn't renew his CHIPs - he was QUITTING! ...and guess what....."

 .....as his CHIPS ran out he sold 10 of the ebooks!

"The lesson - NEVER QUIT and COMMIT for at least 6 months!"

"Work your business everyday and as much as is reasonable.
If your not getting sales - change your headline and track your ads - it still amazes me that many don't track their ads!
