Standard Procedures
for Contacting the
Big Dogs Home Office

One of the things that we are most proud of about the Big Dogs program is our accessibility.

We are one of the VERY few companies doing business on the Internet which gives, EVEN ON OUR INITIAL SALES PAGE, complete contact information, including our email address, our phone number, and even our physical street address!  This gives the Big Dogs program considerable credibility, of course, and this factor alone results in a lot more sales for YOU, our Affiliate.

However, this accessibility has a downside...

As you can imagine, BECAUSE of our very accessibility, we receive a LOT of messages.  On some days, our flow of emails alone easily exceeds 1,000 or more!  Unfortunately, there are a lot of people that attempt to take advantage of our accessibility.....

For example, because of how well known the Big Dogs program is, we are BOMBARDED with "offers" from everything from the latest chain letter schemes to adult websites - from people who have never even purchased the "Secrets of the Big Dogs" ebook!

Then there are those individuals who will NEVER join ANY program on the Internet, but delight in sending us emails like, "Before I give you my $19.95, PROVE to me why I should buy your book."

So our accessibility is what you might call a "two-edged-sword."

Now, to be able to offer our Affiliates the attention THEY deserve, it is necessary to operate under a VERY STRICT "S.O.P"...

"STANDARD OPERATING PROCEDURE"

Therefore, when contacting Home Office, please use the procedures below to the letterThis will insure that you receive the BEST and the FASTEST service possible.

I.  Contacting Home Office by Email:

The Big Dogs Home Office has ONE main email address.....

Stan@BigDogSecrets.com

a.  When submitting an email, please allow one to two business days for a reply.
b.  NEVER send us an email with an attachment!  To avoid even a remote chance of our system becoming infected with a virus, our office policy is to NEVER open an email with an attachment - such emails are AUTOMATICALLY deleted.
c.  MAKE SURE before you send your email that it has a SUBJECT LINE.

Incoming emails are transmitted to the appropriate service person BASED ON THE SUBJECT LINE OF THE EMAIL.
Emails with subject lines other than those outlined below are automatically deleted.

1.  To Request Your Sponsor's Signup Module:

As stated in the "Secrets of the Big Dogs" ebook, in Chapter 8, simply send us an email with SIX lines in the message:

(1)  Your 10-digit 2CheckOut.com order number
(2)  Your 8-digit ClickBank receipt number
(3)  Your first AND last name
(4)  Your state (or country) of residence
(5)  You home telephone number
(6)  Your MAIN email address

Put NOTHING else in the body of the message.  The Subject Line of the email MUST read.....

"I'm Ready to Run With the Big Dogs"

...and be sent to:  Stan@BigDogSecrets.com

2.  To Submit Your Reseller URL's:

Follow the procedure outlined in Step 13, Chapter 8 of the ebook TO-THE-LETTER. There should be NOTHING else in the body of the message, and the Subject Line of the email MUST read.....

"Alpha Dog URL's"

...and be sent to:  Stan@BigDogSecrets.com

If you have any questions, do NOT submit them with your reseller URL's - we cannot respond to them in this format.  Instead, submit any questions as outlined below, in # 5.

3.  To Submit ADDITIONAL Reseller URL's:

The Big Dogs program is 100% flexible.  You can, of course, join as many or as few of the CHIP programs as you see fit.  You may also ADD additional programs at a later time of your choosing.

HOWEVER...

...remember that additions (OR corrections!) to your original list of reseller URL's will NOT be accepted for 30 days after your INITIAL submission.

When you are submitting additional URL's, insert them into your ORIGINAL list, and then RE-submit the entire list,  just as if you were submitting them ALL for the first time.  You would, of course, use the identical procedure as outlined in Step 13, Chapter 8 of the ebook.

Other than your list of URL's there should be NOTHING else in the body of the message, and the Subject Line of the email MUST read.....

"Alpha Dog URL's - Update"

...and be sent to:  Stan@BigDogSecrets.com

4.  If Any of YOUR Contact Information Changes:

THIS is important!

If any of the information that you originally submitted to us about yourself changes, the Big Dogs Home Office should be informed IMMEDIATELY.  The best example would be your email address - if you change email addresses and don't inform us, you will obviously not be receiving your current editions of the Big Dogs Bulletin, or any other important announcements and updates.  Another example would be a marital status change, when your last name would be different from that on our records.

In any email to Home Office concerning changes to your personal information, you MUST put your full first and last name, as well as your ClickBank nickname at the very TOP of your message.  (Remember that your ClickBank nickname also functions as your Big Dogs ID.)  For example...

John Smith
ClickBank nickname:  hotdog

Then...in the body of your message, indicate the OLD information that you are changing, and then the NEW, updated information.  For example, if you needed to inform us of a new contact email address, the message in the body would read something like the following:

John Smith
ClickBank nickname:  hotdog
Please change my MAIN email address from:  hotdog@xyz.com
to:  rabiddog@abc.com

The subject Line of the email MUST read.....

"Big Dogs - Change"

...and be sent to:  Stan@BigDogSecrets.com

5.  If You Have A Question:

In any email to Home Office concerning questions you may have, you MUST put your full first and last name, as well as your ClickBank nickname at the very TOP of your message.  (Remember that your ClickBank nickname also functions as your Big Dogs ID.)  Also, please confine each such email to just ONE question.

If you have more than one question, please submit multiple emails.

Now, there are basically two types of questions you may have - (1) questions dealing with one of the individual CHIP companies, and (2) questions dealing with the Big Dogs program in general.

(1) Concerning questions about individual CHIP companies, remember that each of the programs in the CHIP was designed by it's creators as a completely independent, stand-alone program. (A lot of people mistakenly believe that the Big Dogs "owns," or have "control" over the CHIP programs - this is NOT the case.)   As such, each CHIP program has it's own individual tutorials on it's use, as well as individual Customer Support Centers.  Therefore...

...if you have a specific question about one of the CHIP programs, your FIRST line of communication should be through that CHIP program itself.  If, after a reasonable time, the question is not resolved through normal channels, by all means we encourage you to THEN approach the Big Dogs Home Office, as outlined in (2), below.

(2) Questions concerning the Big Dogs program in general should naturally be sent to the Big Dogs Home Office.  Remember to put your full first and last name and your ClickBank nickname at the TOP of your message, BEFORE your question.  The subject Line of the email MUST read.....

"Big Dogs - Question"

...and be sent to:  Stan@BigDogSecrets.com

And be sure to confine your email to ONE question at a time.

6.  If You Have a Problem:

In any email to Home Office concerning a problem you may have, you MUST put your full first and last name, as well as your ClickBank nickname at the very TOP of your message.  (Remember that your ClickBank nickname also functions as your Big Dogs ID.)

As with "questions," there are basically two types of "problems" you may have - (1) a problem dealing with one of the individual CHIP companies, and (2) a problem with the Big Dogs program itself.  (You won't have very many of THESE!)

(1) Concerning a problem about individual CHIP companies, remember once more that each of the programs in the CHIP was designed by it's creators as a completely independent, stand-alone program. (A lot of people mistakenly believe that the Big Dogs "owns," or have "control" over the CHIP programs - this is NOT the case.)   As such, each CHIP program has it's own individual Customer Support Center.  Therefore...

...if you have a specific problem about one of the CHIP programs, your FIRST line of communication should be through that CHIP program itself.

If, after a reasonable time, the problem is not resolved through normal channels, by all means we encourage you to THEN approach the Big Dogs Home Office, as outlined in (2), below.

(2) A problem concerning the Big Dogs program should naturally be sent to the Big Dogs Home Office.  Remember to put your full first and last name and your ClickBank nickname at the TOP of your message, BEFORE outlining your problem.  The Subject Line of the email MUST read.....

"Big Dogs - Problem"

...and be sent to:  Stan@BigDogSecrets.com

7.  If You Have a Comment or Suggestion:

The Big Dogs program is a program OF it's Affiliates and FOR it's Affiliates, and to a large extent, DESIGNED by it's Affiliates.  We are proud of the fact that we are one of the very few programs on the Internet which actually SOLICITS and ENCOURAGES suggestions and comments from it's Affiliate force.

Is there something about any of our directions, explanations, or tutorials that you find vague or unclear?  Do you simply have a recommendation that will make the program even BETTER or EASIER for that "newest of newbies" to understand?  LET US KNOW!  Our goal is to make Big Dogs accessible to everyone, and to make it the most "user-friendly," easiest-to-use program on the Internet!

Find a mistake, typo, or other error in any of our literature?  LET US KNOW THAT, TOO!

In any email to Home Office concerning your comments or suggestions, you MUST put your full first and last name, as well as your ClickBank nickname at the very TOP of your message.  (Remember that your ClickBank nickname also functions as your Big Dogs ID.)  The Subject Line of the email MUST read.....

"Big Dogs - Comment/Suggestion"

...and be sent to:  Stan@BigDogSecrets.com

And yes, we DO encourage you to send us suggestions for programs that you feel would make worthy additions to the CHIP!

You can send us your suggestions at ANY time.  However, we change the contents of the CHIP only every six to eight months, and we add a program ONLY after WE, ourselves, have "field-tested" it for 30 to 60 days.  It is definitely worth your while to offer suggestions, since if you are the first Affiliate to offer that suggestion, and we DO decide to include it in the CHIP, the Big Dogs Home Office would come into that program under YOUR affiliate ID!  (Need we say more???)

Now there ARE certain parameters for the programs we consider...

(1)  Type of program.  As you are aware, the main thrust of the Big Dogs program is traffic.  Therefore we are interested in adding additional programs to the CHIP that have, as their main emphasis, lead and traffic generation.  We will not consider chain-letter-type programs, so-called "gifting" programs, or anything that purports to be a get-rich-quick scheme.

(2)  Minimum length of time in business.  Do NOT send us suggestions for programs that are "brand-new" or in (chuckle) "pre-launch."  We will only consider companies that have been in business for a minimum of three to six months.  Over the years we have seen many fine new programs, designed by competent, honest people, go down the tubes.  Just because a person is trustworthy and has a good program doesn't mean he has the business ability or the cash reserves to make even a fine program last the crucial first few months.

(3)  Your personal experience.  Do NOT send us recommendations for programs that you "heard" are pretty good, or that "look" like they'd be terrific.  We want suggestions for programs that you, YOURSELF, have had good experience with for at least 30 days.

(4)  Customer support and accessibility.  This is crucial!  We do require that the companies we consider are responsive to the needs of their customers, and provide a "real-world" home office address, email address, and phone number.  I cannot consider a program unless I can personally speak with the owner of the company by telephone.

(5)  Affiliate compensation.  This is almost common sense.  We certainly will not include a program in the CHIP that does not have an affiliate program and a fair compensation plan.  Although we PREFER  a multi-level type of a comp plan (meaning that the plan pays a commission on two or more levels), we will certainly NOT rule out a company if it meets our OTHER qualifications, merely because it has a single-level-payout.
