If you have a question or a problem
with an individual CHIP company, remember once more that each of the
programs in the CHIP was designed by it's creators as a completely
independent, stand-alone program. (A lot of people mistakenly
believe that the Big Dogs "owns," or have
"control" over the CHIP programs - this is NOT the case.)
As such, each CHIP program has it's own individual Customer Support
Center. Therefore...
...if you have a specific question or
problem with one of the CHIP programs, your FIRST line of
communication should be through that CHIP program itself.
If, after a reasonable time, the
problem is not resolved through normal channels, by all means we
encourage you to THEN approach the Big Dogs Home Office, as outlined
in Part I - "How to Contact the Big Dogs Home Office."
And, as usual, should you run across
any of the information below that is inaccurate or out of date,
please inform the Big Dogs Home Office so that we may make any
necessary changes.
Finally, if this is your first time
going through the Training Manual, don't spend
any
more time going through this section. Just be aware that it
is here, when and if you DO need to contact any of the C.H.I.P.
Home Offices.
