ProActiveMailer
Effectively Using ProActiveMailer to Have
Your Ad Emailed
For most effective use of each
of the CHIP programs, we recommend using three separate browser
windows: We recommend opening this Tutorial in one
browser window, while your Adtracker is opened in a second
browser window. Eventually, then, your ProActiveMailer website
will be opened in a third
browser window.
PART A:
Entering
ProActiveMailer for the FIRST time, to send out your
first ad.
Step
1: (of 5)
Copy-and-paste the URL for
ProActiveMailer into your browser. If
you've followed our instructions, that URL will look like this:
https://proactivemailer.com
Go to the ProActiveMailer
website.
Click the rectangular light blue
"Login"
link in the menu on the left side of the page. On the next page, enter your username and password, and click the
rectangular gray "Login"
button to go to the Members Area.
Step 2: (Important
Side Note)
It is important to not let yourself get distracted
by the sometimes constant barrage of advertising to which some
website owners may subject you during the login
process! (After a few times at the site, however, you won't
even notice 'em.)
Remember that It is currently common
practice for website owners to show you, sometimes multiple
full-page offers, one right after another, when you login.
This practice allows the website owner to inform the members of
special deals and sales. BUT!..... you will want to skip
such offers right now; your immediate
goal is to get to the "Members Area" to have your ad sent
out. You can skip these initial sales offers by
scrolling down to the bottom of each advertisement, or very near the
bottom of each advertisement, until you see a hotlink stating,
"No, thanks. Just send me to __________ Member's Area" or
"Click here to skip this advertisement" or "Click
Here to Proceed to Your Account",or "Click
Here to Skip This Recommendation" or something similar.
Click on one of those hotlinks to continue.
(NOTE: Remember that, if you followed our
instructions during the signup procedure, you are ALREADY the
highest level upgraded member, so you can also ignore any
"Upgrade Offers" to which you may be introduced. You
ALREADY have the best!)
You may ALSO be introduced to what
are called "LogIn Ads" or "Sponsor
Ads" These are full-page ads that
are ads from members (not the website owner), that do NOT have that
"No Thanks" link at the bottom. Instead, they will
have either a "No Thanks" link at the top of the page,
above the ad, or a countdown timer. You don't have to
wait for the countdown timer to count down to "0"
Click the "Go To Members
Area" hotlink (or similar link) to IMMEDIATELY go to the
Members Area.
Eventually,
however, you will be on the main Members Area page;
this is the page with the menu running down the left side of the
page.
Step
3:
On the menu running down the
left side of this Members Area page, click the second item from the top labeled, "Send
Mailing"
You
will be on the "Send A Mailing" page.
Step 4:
On the
"Send
A Mailing"
page scroll down
to the
blocks into which you will enter the following information for your
ad.....
(1)
In the first
block ("Message Subject"),
copy and paste the Subject Line of your ad.
(2) In the second
block ("Message Body"),
copy and paste your actual Sales Message
(3)
In the third block ("Site
URL"),
copy and paste the adtracker link for ProActiveMailer. If
you've followed our instructions, that URL will be similar to this:

(NOTE: Make SURE to copy and paste the ENTIRE
URL, INCLUDING the "https" portion;
otherwise the link will NOT work!)
(4) In the
fourth block ("Credits") copy and paste the number
you see directly below: ("You can use
up to XXXX
credits.")
(5) Let
the "Send To My Downline
Referrals"
box UN-checked.
(6)
Make sure that you
DO check the "Save
As New Template" box
(7)
Let
the "Send Now" button checked
(8) Click the rectangular
gray "Send" button
Step 5:
Upon clicking the "Send"
button you will be taken to the "Surfing Guard Security Site
Approval System" page, where your advertised website will
be analyzed for approval. This process takes just a few
seconds, during which time a portion of your site will be shown in a
frame below the Shield.
When your page has "Passed
the Check" a rectangular gray "Confirm My Site"
button will appear. This button MUST be clicked or your
ad will not be sent!
Once your
site is confirmed, you should observe the text, "Your
message has been queued. You should be able to view it on the Sent
Messages page in a few moments."
Summary
Part A- After You've Sent Your First Ad
That's it! You're done!
Your sales message has been placed in the queue and shortly, your
ProActiveMailer site will AUTOMATICALLY send it out to the database
of targeted prospects. The only time you need to return to
the site is when you wish to send out your ad again.

close the
ProActiveMailer site and (2)
close this browser window to return to the Training Manual website to continue
on to the next Fast-Track Tutorial.
PART B:
Entering
ProActiveMailer again (on a different day, of course), to send out your
ad out succeeding times.
Step
1: (of five)

3:
On the menu running down the
left side of this Members Area page, click the fourth item from the top labeled, "Templates."
You will be on
the "My Templates" page
Step 4:
On the "My
Templates" page you will notice a small table displaying
data about the ad you saved when you entered the ProActiveMailer
site to send out your ad for the FIRST time.
In the sixth column
(the "Mail" column), click the blue "Send
Now" hotlink.
Step 5:
Upon clicking that "Send
Now" link you will immediately be taken back to the "Send
Mailing" page, where - LO AND BEHOLD! - your Message
Subject, Message Body, and Site URL are already filled in!
Now, all YOU have to
do is to copy and paste the number
you see directly below: ("You can use
up to XXXX
credits.") into the
fourth block (the "Credits" block),
click the rectangular
gray "Send" button, and, when your page has "Passed
the Check" click the rectangular gray "Confirm My Site"
Remember that this button MUST be clicked or your
ad will not be sent!
Summary
Part B- After You've Sent Succeeding Ads
That's it! You're done! The simple procedure of
"saving a template" has cut your mailing time by 75%. From
now on, each mailing you do can be done in less than a minute!
Your sales message has been placed in the queue and shortly, your
ProActiveMailer site will AUTOMATICALLY send it out to the database
of targeted prospects. The only time you need to return to
the site is when you wish to send out your ad again. For
now, close the
ProActiveMailer site and continue on to the
next
Fast-Track Tutorial.
IMPORTANT!
How often should you change your ad? We recommend changing
(and saving) your ad NO MORE THAN ONCE A MONTH! Keeping the same ad
in "Templates" for a month at a time cuts down your time IMMEASURABLY
- that should be obvious. Keep in mind that you will need to
delete one ad from Templates before you can Save a new one.
If you want to use different ads, remember that, as an Alpha Dog,
you have at your disposal, over a dozen OTHER programs into which
you CAN use different ads, saving THEIR templates.

Each of the companies in the CHIP program are independent entities.
