Introduction To
The Big Dogs Training Manual

By now you should have realized that we've tried - we've REALLY tried - to make things as easy and as understandable as possible for you.  Using our "step 1, do this - step 2, do that - step 3, now do this" method of instruction you shouldn't have had any major difficulties thus far.

Now it's time to get to the real "nitty-gritty" and put all we've learned to work..... and start makin' some M-O-N-E-Y!

Just keep in mind one overriding rule.....

"TAKE IT EASY!"

"Relax, take it easy, and have patience."

My recommendation is that you divide the Training into several "bite-sized chunks" and not overwhelm yourself by trying to do too much, too quickly.

In "Part I:  Ad Tracking and Ad Design"
.....you will learn the very basics - the foundation - of any internet business:  WHY tracking the results of your advertising is of crucial importance, HOW you can efficiently and effectively track your promotions, and the mechanical aspects of designing and formatting ads.

Studying Part I, and even setting up all of your tracking URL's should take you no more than an hour or two.  If you're an experienced marketer, you can conceivably get done in much less time.  But even if you're a brand, spankin' new "newbie" it shouldn't take you much longer than that.  Regardless of how long it takes you, though, my recommendation is that, when you're done with Part I, close up shop, call it a day on the Internet, and go havea couplea beers with the guys (or a couplea margaritas with the girls).

Don't even think about going on to Part II today.

"I want this to be FUN for you!"

In "Part II:  The Big Dogs Ad Vault"
.....you'll be introduced to over two dozen prewritten ads promoting the Big Dogs program.  Take your time and look 'em over.  We ask you then to choose ONE that you'll be using..... not today, but TOMORROW!  After you're done with Part II, close up shop and go watch mindless re-runs of "Pawn Stars" on TV.

Part III and Part IV will actually be done on the same day (sort of).

"Part III:  Your Half-Hour-Day Marketing Schedule"
.....outlines a five-day-a-week, day-to-day game plan for managing the routine mechanical aspects of your business.

And "Part IV:  Our Legendary Fast-Track Tutorials"
.....is our collection of individual Tutorials for EACH of the CHIP programs, outlining just how to use every program to send out your ad to each individual database of prospects.  Now, you won't be using all of the Tutorials and CHIP programs EVERY day (you'll see what I mean in Part III), but by following our instructions, you should have NO difficulty in accomplishing the basic daily duties of your business in thirty minutes - or less!

Three more useful tips:

1.  We recommend using the FireFox browser.  Internet Explorer, Opera, and Chrome are also excellent, but FireFox is the browser that is most useful for Internet marketing.  As with all browsers, it can be downloaded for free from the Internet, and you should make sure you have the most CURRENT edition.

2.  Something EVERY Internet Marketer should do once a week for peak performance, is to clear your browser's history, cache, and cookies. Also, empty your computer's "recycle bin" and all your email boxes.  Then reboot your computer so you are starting 100% fresh. This will prevent your browser from bogging down, and resulting in annoying issues.

3.  As you know, the Big Dogs organization takes GREAT PRIDE in offering excellent support!  Whether it's via telephone or email, you will receive a response the same day, or no latter than 72-hours if it's a holiday or weekend. If you have not received a response within 72-hours, please re-submit your query.

And, in closing, I just want to say that my goal is that, when you lay down at night, you lay down with a smile on your face and sleep like a baby;  NOT to toss and turn all night long, worrying about what you have do do the next day.  You can rest contentedly knowing that (1) you've accomplished all you need to accomplish for that day, and (2) that your "work" schedule for the next day is already spelled out for you.  So just relax, take it easy, and be patient with yourself.
