Big Dogs!?

second anniversary!Will somebody PUH-LEEZE tell me what's goin' on!!!???
On March 24, Big Dogs officially began it's third year of operations! Now, that fact in itself is something that you should all be proud of. After all, 95% of Internet companies don't last six months, and less than ONE percent make it two years.
Yes, the Big Dogs program has proven to be solid and stable - a genuine ICON of Internet marketing, and all of you "troops in the trenches" out there deserve a hearty round of applause for making it so!
But there are two things that amaze even ME!...
The first is our sales figures for the "Secrets of the Big Dogs" ebook. Despite having been around for so long, our total ebook sales in January represented an incredible SIXTEEN MONTH HIGH! Now, of course, in any business, there are bound to be periodic ups and downs, highs and lows. So one could say that January was just one of those statistical glitches.
One COULD say that if it weren't for the fact that February's sales were 12% higher than January's. And then in March, our total ebook sales were 6% higher than in February!!!
That's nothing short of astounding, given the age of the program! But as we've said from day one... "A good, quality program that offers a genuine value, can NEVER become saturated." There is just as much opportunity for a person who joins on March 24, 2003, as there was for the very first person who joined on March 24, 2001. Think about it: Just what is the Big Dogs program all about? Advertising and promotion, right? And as long as there are people who have something to advertise and promote, THERE WILL ALWAYS BE A NEED FOR OUR PROGRAM!
As long as there is an Internet, there will ALWAYS be a need for our program!
Which brings me to the SECOND thing that REALLY amazes me!...
Let's talk about "attrition." This is where our Alpha Dogs enter the picture. Everything starts with the purchase of the "Secrets of the Big Dogs" ebook by a prospect. But that's just the beginning, isn't it? The process then CONTINUES when these ebook purchasers continue on to become Alpha Dogs by joining the C.H.I.P. programs.
Initial ebook sales are important, of course - again that's where everything starts. But what is even more important is our Alpha Dogs, because being an Alpha Dog requires a substantial and ONGOING monthly commitment.
This is where the concept of "attrition" enters the picture. Attrition simply refers to the fact that no matter how good a program is, there will always be people who drop out - that's a fact of life. You could have a program that sells ten dollar bills for five dollars, and you would STILL have folks, for one reason or another, dropping out. And in ANY program there comes a time when the number of new people joining equals the number of people dropping out. This is referred to as the "point of stability."
Fellow Dogs, our program SHOULD have reached the "point of stability" a long, LONG time ago. And yet (and this is what totally amazes me)...
Our total number of active Alpha Dogs CONTINUES to INCREASE each and every month at a rate of ten to fifteen percent!
In other words, more people are always upgrading to Alpha Dog than are dropping out! We CONTINUE to have a net increase in the number of Alpha Dogs each and every month, and that just ain't supposed to be happening! I am totally humbled by that fact, my friends, but I think it points out more than anything the true stability and long term potential of our program!
The simple fact of the matter is that the Big Dogs program WORKS, and people ENJOY being a part of our team!
To show you what I mean I'd like to share with you just two brief emails I received. The first is from a lovely "young" lady - a brand new Alpha Dog - that really brought a tear to my eye...
"Dear Stan,"
"I just had to write to you because I just made my first sale, and I'm so excited I'm crying. For years I bought and searched and knocked my head against walls looking for the 'answer.' I'm a 51 year old divorced gramma with nine grand-kids. I changed some of the words to a song to show you how I feel:"
"You gave me wings and made me fly."
"You touched my hand - I could touch the sky."
"I lost faith - you gave it back to me."
"You said no star was out of reach."
"You stood by me and I stood tall."
"I had your advice, I had it all."
"I'm everything I am because you taught me.""God bless you."
Wow! Now if THAT doesn't choke ya up, NUTHIN' will! I think you can see why I say that I am genuinely humbled by the continuing success of Big Dogs.
Now let's take a look at a SECOND email, this time from a gal by the name of Heran Chung. Heran has been with us for a while; in fact over a year ago she was the first Alpha Dog that we interviewed for an article in the Big Dogs Bulletin.
Understand that Heran's goal was never really to develop a huge monthly income. Her goal was to pursue other endeavors which she did over the last several months, while sort of "retiring" from active promotion of the Big Dogs program. This is her email that we received a month ago...
"Dear Stan,"
"I am just writing you to say thank you again."
"I am getting my residual income from this program for more than a year even when I am away from the work from time to time."
"I want you to encourage all Alpha Dogs that anybody can do this if they promote this ebook with continuity. They don't need to be a Chris Gibson to succeed. I just sold one book to Chris and there was where I begin my journey to success."
"How many Chris Gibsons are there in Online today?"
"There are so many out there who are looking for this kind of opportunity and all they have to do is to get just one of them. How? By promoting 'Secrets of the Big Dogs' using CHIP and using their imagination."
"Thank you again and keep up the great work."
For those of you newbies that aren't yet familiar with the name of Chris Gibson, he is the guy that we have written about often in the Bulletin. His CONSISTENT 50+ ebook sales a month and his current five figure per month income from his downline of Alpha Dogs speak for themselves.
But the point is that, although Heran sponsored other Alpha's, Chris turned out to be her "golden goose." Can you just IMAGINE how much income Heran has generated over the last year from just this one, superlative Alpha Dog!!!???
And, to paraphrase Heran, how many OTHER Chris Gibsons are out there just WAITING for YOU to introduce the Big Dogs program to them!?
And...speaking of Chris...
SOMEBODY FINALLY BEAT HIM IN MONTHLY SALES!!!
Yep! That's right! In March a brand new Alpha Dog by the name of Fred Damron absolutely SMOKED the ol' Chris-meister. Chris ended up with (his usual) fifty sales for the month, while "Fabulous Freddy" slam-dunked a whopping fifty eight ebook sales!
The amazing part of it is that Fred did it in just the last week of the month, achieving an astounding thirty nine sales in just one day!!!
So - like I said at the beginning of this article, "Will somebody PUH-LEEZE tell me what's goin' on!!!???"
Two years and Big Dogs is still breakin' sales records! Two years and our stable of active Alpha Dogs continues to G-R-O-W! Two years and along comes a newbie who de-throwns the "king of the hill!" Two years and there's no doubt that the opportunities for success with Big Dogs is better than ever!
