"The challenge of any organization is to build a feeling of oneness, of dependence on one another - because the question is not how well each person works, but how well they work as a TEAM!"
OUTSTANDING
Memorial Day Weekend!
For those of you from outside the United States, this past three-day weekend – our "Memorial Day" weekend – is the first big holiday of the summer season. I trust all of you had a peaceful, relaxing three days.
I did NOT!
Now understand I’m not complaining. But, GEEZ, were we BUSY the last few days. I would like to take this time to thank all of you "dogs" who put in an absolutely terrific effort, and to congratulate those of you who did such an outstanding job!
First of all, until this weekend, our average number of sales of the ebook per day was 66.34. With total sales for Saturday, Sunday, and Monday totaling 225, however, our "Memorial Day weekend" average jumped to.....
...75 ebook sales per day!
Great job, gang! Not too dog-gone shabby for a time when everybody’s supposed to be taking it easy!
But ebook sales are just the beginning, aren't they!?
We also added
40 new Alpha Dogs over the last three days. That gives us an average conversion ratio of 17.78% for the weekend! And a SPECIAL congratulations to the following "dogs" and their weekend sales achievements…..
Brian ("He’s so consistent he’s almost boring") Garvin. With a whopping 32 ebook sales for the three day period, Brian is CONSISTENTLY averaging 10 sales per DAY! Brian also has a very high conversion ratio and has approximately 100 Alpha Dogs in his downline right now.
And HERE’s a surprise! Leslie Gibbon – an Alpha Dog for less that a week – and she scores 19 ebook sales over the weekend! Welcome to the ranks of the Leader Dogs, Leslie!
Other relatively new Alpha Dogs – Sue Tennick and Don Phillips – both came through with EIGHT sales over the holiday weekend!
Gary (The "Sarge") Sargeant – with an unusually WEAK showing (for HIM, anyway!), still managed to pop 7 ebook sales, while my old friends Rene Knops and Rodin van der Laan both nailed 6.
Another new "dog," Connie Allen scored 5 sales. Following close behind, with 4 sales were Duane Knox, Debra Garcia, Greg Glover, and good ol’ "Sniper88," James D’Alesandro!
Honorable mention, with 3 sales each goes to Barry Sawyer, Karen Currie, Lisa Adkins, John Shirck, Melissa Reed, Mark Riley, Lena Phoenix, and Drew Graef.
Three sales over a three day period, is, of course, an average of one per day – and that number is sort of what I would call a "benchmark." As we shall see in an upcoming Big Dogs Bulletin, just one sale per day – a MERE one sale per day – will lead you in very short order to a SPECTACULAR income.
Congrats also, to all the dozens and DOZENS of dogs who ended the long weekend with 1 or 2 sales!
All-in-all, it was a spectacular three day period!
I’m proud of ALL of ya!
