Before we get into the changes, however, let me say how happy I am with the companies that comprise the CHIP programs.  When we originally put together the Big Dogs program in the beginning months of this year, we automatically ASSUMED that we would have to replace those companies that "fell by the wayside."  Even though I had personally tested each of the CHIP programs over a several month period, this is, after all, the Internet!  Companies come and companies go!

I am proud to say, however, that it appears that we have selected the CHIP programs well - VERY well!  Not only has the basic portfolio remained unchanged, but virtually every one of the thirteen CHIP companies has performed enhancements to their respective programs.  Just to name a few.....Brian Toomey at TrafficWave, and Abe Cherian at DTL Network, for example, have integrated a web-based emailing system into their programs.  AltraSearch's new programming now gives you your reseller info in HOURS, rather than DAYS.  Gary Shawkey at ProMoneyMail has done some VERY nice things with an already outstanding program, and has enormously simplified his signup procedure.  And so on.....

O.K, 'nuff said!  Let’s get into the Big Dog changes!…..

Chapters 1 through 4 have changed negligibly, and you won’t have to re-read them.

Chapter 5, which introduces the CHIP program, is now updated to reflect the price changes that have been instituted by a few of the CHIP companies.  Toward the end of this chapter, we’ve also put in a nice, little chart which gives a summary of all the CHIP program costs at a glance.

Chapter 6 – “Putting It All Together-Your Income Potential” – has DOUBLED in length.  What we’ve done here is to e-x-p-a-n-d on the explanation of the CHIP concept to make it easier for those brand new to Internet marketing to more easily grasp the overall concept.

Chapter 7 – “Questions and Answers” – has been expanded from just three pages of Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ’s) to eight pages, nearly TRIPLING the length of the chapter.  What we’ve attempted to do is to address some of the more frequently asked questions that WE’VE received here at Home Office over the course of the last seven months.

The newly expanded Chapter 7 will make YOUR job as a sponsor SUBSTANTIALLY easier.

Chapter 8 – “Getting Started With The CHIP” – is where the most dramatic changes have been made.  If you’ll recall, the “unrevised” Chapter 8 really consisted of just one or two paragraphs (less than one page long) explaining to the prospect how to submit the standard, “I’m ready to run with the Big Dogs” email to Home Office to obtain his sponsor’s Signup Module.  The unrevised Chapter 9, at FOUR pages in length, was a relatively brief tutorial to assist someone in signing up for the CHIP programs.

Chapter 8 and Chapter 9 have now been combined into a step-by-step NINETEEN page signup tutorial. We have expanded and simplified it to the point that should enable the greenest of the green “newbies to get through the total signup process in an absolute minimal amount of time.

As an example, I used my thirteen year old son as a “beta tester.”  Using the revised Chapter 8 tutorial, HE WAS ABLE TO COMPLETE THE SIGNUP PROCESS FOR ALL THIRTEEN CHIP PROGRAMS IN LESS THAN 45 MINUTES!!!

I think you’ll agree that this is a REAL step forward!

The really BIG change is that your Signup Module will no longer contain ANY signup instructions.  In the interests of simplification, your Signup Module will contain ONLY a list of your reseller URL’s for the CHIP programs.  (Note:  Each existing Signup Module will be re-configured in the NEW format as they are requested by your ebook purchasers who send the “I’m ready to run with the Big Dogs” email)  You can see an example of what the new Signup Modules will look like at:

Since Chapters 7 and 8 have been combined, Chapter 10 has now become Chapter 9 and there is no Chapter 10.

The move to our new offices is now complete, by the way, and FULL-TIME administrative personnel are in place.  The only exception is our phone system which they now PROMISE will be online by Tuesday.  As some of you who have attempted in vain to contact us in the last few weeks, our phone system was absurdly screwed up - to the point where our carrier is actually giving us three month's free useage for the inconvenience!
