After MONTHS of work, we are happy to announce that the revised Big Dogs program is set to go!

Part 1: A Capsule Summary
Let's begin with a very brief, very general overview of what you can look forward to in BDII.....
As far as the "Secrets of the Big Dogs" ebook itself, certain changes have been made to bring it current. Most of the editing changes are very minor, and if you didn't know where to look you would probably miss 'em - facts and statistics and so on - simple things that were necessary to bring the content of the ebook up to date.
The major changes take place in the C.H.I.P. For example, we are deleting three of the existing programs and adding five new ones. We are also integrating a monthly "Big Dogs Administration Fee." Overall, however, the total monthly commitment to join all the programs in the revised C.H.I.P remains virtually unchanged, but the INCOME potential has INCREASED dramatically. The really exciting part: These changes to the C.H.I.P brings the total number of leads available each day from the current 20,000 up to 100,000 or MORE!
In addition, we have gotten the system to the point where you should be able to do all your email chores in a mere ten minutes a day!
We have implemented what we are referring to as the "Big Dogs Super Bonuses." These money-makers are gonna knock your socks off! The Super Bonuses will be paid, not by any of the C.H.I.P. companies but by Big Dogs HQ itself, and are performance bonuses based on the number of ebooks sold by an individual.

Part 2: A contest

Part 3: Changes to the C.H.I.P.
We started out the "Secrets of the Big Dogs" on March 24, 2001 with thirteen programs in the C.H.I.P.
Even though I personally had tested and used all thirteen programs for over a year BEFORE the ebook was written, the Internet being what it is, I fully expected that over the course of our first year in business, we would be forced to drop one or more of the programs because they went belly up. I'm PROUD to say, however, that NONE of the original thirteen programs fell by the wayside. In fact most of the C.H.I.P. companies made some pretty substantial enhancements to their respective programs!
So why are we making changes? Simply because there are now BETTER programs available than a few of the existing C.H.I.P programs. Understand that we are not replacing some of the programs because they are BAD all of a sudden; it's because something BETTER has come along that more fulfils the overall concept of the C.H.I.P. - that of traffic generation.

I have been with the Simple System for two years and have come to know the owners quite well - they're great folks. I have made a ton of money with SS, and in two years SS has never missed or been late with my commissions.

One very minor drawback to Monster-Traffic is that they do NOT rebill you automatically each month, so it's easy to accidentally let your pro-membership (and your commissions!) lapse. We are replacing ROIbot!
Like Simple System, there is nothing wrong with ROIbot. We are replacing it with another, FAR better and comprehensive ad tracking program. I have personally used ROIbot for ad tracking since my earliest days an an Internet marketer, and found it to be an excellent program - for newbies. However, it DOES have a few drawbacks. First of all, if the traffic that is funnelled through the ROIbot redirect URL's exceeds a certain limit, you CAN be charged extra IN ADDITION to your normal monthly fees. Secondly, as I indicated above, ROIbot is great so long as you don't require SOPHISTICATED ad tracking. However, once you progress in your Internet career, ROIbot is simply not designed to grow with you. Thirdly, ROIbot's commission structure pays down a mere two levels, whereas the new program we are replacing it with pays down a very generous FIVE levels! Finally, the support at AdMinder is quite simply incredible. Lemme give you an example: Months ago when I initially started to do the due diligence on AdMinder I noticed that their site advertised "24/7 customer support." Now, as it happens, I was looking at their site on Sunday evening at 7:00 PM, December 23 - two days before Christmas. I fired off an email to them requesting some additional information. Frankly, with the upcoming holiday, I didn't really expect to get a response until the 26th or 27th. I would certainly not have been disappointed if I had. However, much to my amazement, when I checked my email the next morning, I found I had gotten a response just a few hours after I had sent my email - AT 1:00 IN THE MORNING! Now that is what I call customer support!

.....and it doesn't generate even ONE single lead!
What!? Not a single lead!? Then why is it so valuable!? For the explanation we need to back up just a little.
If you'll recall, in Chapter Four of the "Secrets of the Big Dogs" ebook we discussed how cost-effective safelists (PAY-TO-JOIN opt-in lists) are in generating traffic. The typical safelist costs a mere $25.00 to $50.00 per year to join, and you usually have the right to send your sales message to fellow list members once a day. Now, if mailing to ONE list is good, mailing to MANY lists is, obviously, even better - and there are THOUSANDS of safelists on the Internet. Since most safelists use a web-based emailing system, it doesn't take but a matter of two or three minutes to do your mailing to a typical list.
"Only" two or three minutes to mail to a list - not bad.
But what if you belong to TEN safelists? Or a HUNDRED safelists? Even with web-based emailing systems, it could take you from three to six hours each day to do your mailings to a hundred safelists!!! First of all, we have always promised to keep you up to date on what works and what NO LONGER works for Internet traffic generation. We have found that the efficiency of WorldSubmitter in particular, and ALL mass submitters in general, have decreased substantially over the course of the last year. Our feeling is that the time and expense involved with mass submission programs is simply no longer warranted.
Secondly, over the last twelve months, a number of the OTHER C.H.I.P. programs have added various mass submission-type programs to their basic programs. In other words, if you still desire to use mass submission software, many of the C.H.I.P. companies INCLUDE some version at no additional charge.
Summary of the C.H.I.P Changes
To sum it up briefly.....
- We are REPLACING the Simple System with three new traffic-generating FFA networks - Adsaturation, wwKiosk, and Monster-Traffic
- We are REPLACING ROIbot with the more sophisticated AdMinder
- We are ADDING SafeListWorld, and, finally
- We are DELETING WorldSubmitter
Thus, overall, we are deleting THREE programs from C.H.I.P., and adding FIVE, so there will now be FIFTEEN programs in the C.H.I.P. This further diversifies the portfolio and gives you the opportunity of 15, instead of just 13 commission checks each month! The combined commission payout when we "squeeze" together all fifteen commission structures actually INCREASES your earning potential substantially, and multiplies by at least FIVE the number of prospects you'll be sending your sales message to!
There is yet one more change to the overall Big Dogs program.
This is the addition of a $10.00 per month "Big Dogs Administration Fee." What this is and why it is being integrated into the program can be explained by the excerpts below from Chapter 7 (the "Questions and Answers" chapter) of the revised "Secrets of the Big Dogs" ebook.....
QUESTION # 17: "What is the $10.00 per month 'Big Dogs Administration Fee?'"
ANSWER # 17: The monthly Administration Fee covers our costs to configure and maintain the THOUSANDS of customized Signup Modules that reside on the Big Dogs server, as well as making necessary changes, additions, and deletions. With an affiliate network as large as OURS, you can imagine that this is an on-going, very labor-intensive job for our staff.
It may comfort you to know that, other than the Administration Fee, the ONLY way that the Big Dogs Home Office earns on-going income is the very same way that YOU do - from residual commissions paid by the individual CHIP companies.
But, when you stop and think about it, there's a BIG difference, and a BIG problem!.....
If you'll recall, the deepest paying compensation plan by any of the CHIP programs pays down 12 levels. Due to the enormous, continuing success of the Big Dogs program, however, we have new Alpha Dogs that are coming into the program OVER ONE HUNDRED LEVELS DEEP - one hundred levels BELOW Home Office! Obviously such Alpha Dogs, since they are below Level 12, generate no income whatsoever for the Big Dogs Home Office, yet they must STILL be given the same level of support that a Level 1 Alpha Dog receives!
Let's take an example: Let us assume that you become an Alpha Dog thirteen levels down from the Big Dogs Home Office. Let's further assume that you are a SUPER recruiter and manage to bring in a THOUSAND new Alpha Dogs. Obviously you are gonna make a TON of money in residual income. (Over $50,000 a month!) However, because those thousand new Alpha Dogs are below the twelfth level, Home Office doesn't make a nickel! BUT!...we STILL have to cover the administrative expenses associated with SERVICING those affiliates!
Thus, the monthly Administration Fee insures that ALL our members can be given the necessary support, and that your company remains profitable over the long haul. After all, WE want to be around in the years to come, and I'm sure that YOU want us to continue to be a solid, stable company that you can count on for the foreseeable future!
QUESTION # 18: "Am I required to pay the Administration Fee?"
ANSWER # 18: Yes. Whether you are joining just one of the CHIP programs, or all fifteen. The FIRST step in the Alpha Dog signup process (as we shall see in the next chapter) is to become a "Basic Member" of the Big Dogs organization by signing up for the Administration Fee. This guarantees that your company can cover the internal costs associated with the support necessary for ALL members.

Now the question that is on ALL of your minds at this point, I'm sure is, "What if I am ALREADY an Alpha Dog? Do I still have to pay the Monthly Administration Fee?"
The answer to that is "NO!"
We feel that it would be unfair to impose this fee on CURRENT Alpha Dogs, since you weren't informed of it before upgrading. Thus, if you are ALREADY an Alpha Dog you are "grandfathered-in" and will NOT be required to pay the Monthly Administration Fee.
The Administration Fee, in addition to allowing us to cover the expenses involved with the affiliate network, also will allow us to do some really cool things like instituting the Super Bonuses.....

Part 4: What Do I Do NOW!?
Times of change can be confusing as well as a little frustrating. We know and understand that. And we realize that these changes to the Big Dogs program CAN be a little intimidating for some of you folks. Naturally, we wish to make the transition form the original Big Dogs program to BDII as "painless" as possible.
Below is a little "transition checklist" that you will find helpful.....
a) First of all, remember that if you are ALREADY an Alpha Dog, you are NOT required to pay the Monthly Administration Fee.
b) Also remember that the revised edition of "Secrets of the Big Dogs" will be online at midnight, Friday, May 24.
c) What should you do if you are already a member of the three programs in C.H.I.P. that we are dropping? Well, that is a judgment call on your part. If you are using them, and find them worthwhile, then by all means you SHOULD stay in them. Remember what we said above - we are not dropping these programs because they are flawed - they are being dropped simply because we feel the programs we are adding offer benefits more in keeping with the overall concept of the C.H.I.P.
d) What about signing up for the five NEW C.H.I.P. programs?
Remember that the C.H.I.P. program from it's inception was designed to be FLEXIBLE. Although the vast majority of our Alpha Dogs join ALL of the programs, some Alpha Dogs join just five or six, and a few Alpha dogs may join just one or two. Thus it's no different with the five new additions. I'm sure that most of you will choose to join all of them - but you are not REQUIRED to do so.
A key point you WILL want to keep in mind, though, is that when we start sending out Signup Modules again after Friday, they will contain the reseller URL's for the REVISED, fifteen-program C.H.I.P. In other words, if you are a current Alpha Dog and do NOT join the new programs, the reseller URL's in your Signup Module will contain the reseller URL's of your upline, for those programs you do NOT join. This is, in effect, the SAME way the program works now.
Signing Up for the New Programs
Step 1: The new reseller URL's.
Below is the list of the Master (Home Office) reseller URL's for the new programs. Unless you receive word from your upline to the contrary, THESE ARE THE URL'S YOU SHOULD USE TO SIGN UP FOR THE FIVE NEW PROGRAMS. They are all "hot-links" and you can go to the proper sites simply by clicking on each URL.

Bear in mind that the reseller URL's below are for the use of EXISTING Alpha Dogs! You should use the reseller URL's below ONLY if you are ALREADY an Alpha Dog.
On the other hand, if you have not yet submitted the standard "I'm ready to run with the Big Dogs" email requesting your sponsor's signup module, then WAIT until after Friday when the revised ebook will be online. REVIEW IT THOROUGHLY - only THEN submit your request for your sponsor's signup module. You may also skip Step 2, below. Once you have signed up for, and received YOUR personal reseller URL's for the new programs you are joining email them to the Big Dogs Home Office at:

There is no need to RE-submit ALL fifteen of your reseller URL's for all fifteen of the C.H.I.P. programs. Submit ONLY the reseller URL's for the five NEW programs.
You should submit your new reseller URL's as soon as possible. If you recall from last week's Big Dogs Bulletin, we currently have a "hold" on new Alpha Dogs, and we will NOT be sending out Sponsor Signup Modules until AFTER Friday night. This will allow you to get your new URL's to us so that we can update your Signup Module before they are sent out to new ebook purchasers who request it.
