Ten-Minutes-A-Day
Marketing Schedule
As you know, the fundamental purpose
of the fifteen C.H.I.P. programs is to generate traffic - to provide you
with the leads necessary to promote virtually any program, product, or
service. But the C.H.I.P is also designed to go far beyond mere lead
generation - it is specifically designed to enable you to perform the task
of getting your sales message out to as many prospects as possible,
as easily as possible, AND AS QUICKLY AS POSSIBLE.
By following the simple procedure
outlined below, you should easily be able to perform all your necessary
emailing tasks in ten minutes a day, or LESS!
First of all, let's take a look at
the fifteen C.H.I.P. programs, which you will note that we have divided into
three groups.....
GROUP 1:

GROUP 2:
8. FFANet
9. ProMoneyMail
10. AdSaturation

The three Group 3 programs are
what I refer to as “support programs.”
They neither directly, nor indirectly, generate leads or traffic.
AdMinder, for example, tracks the efficiency of your ads.
The Group Mailer, of course, is used to send out your sales messages.
And the Online Marketing Money Machine (TopEzineAds) is a massive
ezine directory.
The twelve Group 1 and
Group 2
programs are your “traffic generators.”
I’ve broken down these twelve programs into two groups for a very
good reason.
If you take at look at the seven
Group 1 programs, you’ll notice that they ALL make available a S.A.F.E.
mailing system. You simply
input your ad ONCE, input your desired delay ONCE, and that’s it!
“Set ’em & forget ‘em!”
In other words, once you set up these seven programs to deliver your
sales message (as per the instructions in the FastTrack Tutorials) you never
have to return to them until you wish to change your ads or your delays.
Your sales message is being sent out for your AUTOMATICALLY!
In a nutshell, once you have your
S.A.F.E system set up with the Group 1 programs, you can forget about 'em!
(Until, of course, you need to change your ads or your delay schedule.)
That leaves us with the five Group 2
programs. These Group 2 programs use either a "Web-Based"
emailing system or a "PC-Based" emailing system.
(Note: For a review of the three types of emailing systems, refer to
Chapter 4 of the "Secrets of the Big Dogs" ebook.)
First of all, for purposes of
explanation, let's assume that you have already set up your Group 1 systems,
and that you are going to use a two day delay for sending out your sales
messages. Let's further assume that the date is June 3, and that you
have started your procedure two days ago, on June 1. You will need to
have three Windows open: (1) Your browser, of course, (2) Adminder,
and (3) Group Mailer.
Step 1:
Set up a new group in your Group Mailer entitled, “ffanet 06-03”
Step 2:
Copy and paste the email addresses you received from FFANET today
into the group you just created (ffanet 06-03)
Step 3:
Since you are working with a two-day delay, you would already
have two other groups set up – “ffanet 06-01” and “ffanet 06-02.”
You would now, of course, send out your sales message to the group
you’ve named “ffanet 06-01.”
It will only take a few minutes
(depending on your modem) for Group Mailer to email out your sales message. But why waste time!?.....
Step 4:
WHILE GROUP MAILER IS MAILING OUT YOUR SALES MESSAGE TO THE
GROUP OF LEADS YOU RECEIVED TWO DAYS AGO FROM FFANET, go to your
ProMoneyMail site and open your “Community Mail Sender.”
Click on “CMS for ALL users,”
and type in the subject line of your ad.
Step 5:
Now open your AdMinder site. Copy your ProMoneyMail ad to the
Windows clipboard, and then minimize your Adminder site. Paste
your ProMoneyMail ad from the Windows clipboard into the space in the
ProMoneyMail Community Mail Sender reserved for it.
Click on “Send Message.” You can now close your
ProMoneymail site, and.....
You’re DONE with ProMoneyMail
for the day.
Step 6:
Now go back to your Group
Mailer, which by now should be done emailing your sales message to the 06-01
FFANET leads. Of course,
you’ll need to delete the “ffanet 06-01” group since you can only mail
to each list ONCE, and.....
You’re DONE with FFANET for the
day.
Step 7:
Go to the members area of your AdSaturation site, and click on
"Personalized Promotion" to access AdSaturation's web-based leads
and emailing system. Type in your subject line in the appropriate
space. Maximize your Adminder site once again, and this time copy your
AdSaturation ad to the Windows clipboard. You're done with AdMinder,
so close it. Paste your AdSaturation ad from the Windows clipboard to
the appropriate area of your AdSaturation web-based emailer, and click on
"Send Message."
You'll be taken to the screen that
indicates that your sales message is being sent out. Click on the gray
"Back" button.
Step 8: Back in your
AdSaturation Member's Area, click on "FFA Email List" to access
the list of people who have posted to the AdSaturation FFA system.
Note that this is a completely DIFFERENT list of prospects than the list in
Step 7. Copy this list of email addresses to your Windows clipboard.
Step 9: Set
up a new group in your Group Mailer entitled, “adsat 06-03”
Step 10: Paste
the email addresses you received from AdSaturation today (which are
in your Windows clipboard) into the group you just created (adsat 06-03).
Step 11: Since
you are working with a two-day delay, you would already have two
other groups set up – “adsat 06-01” and “adsat 06-02.”
You would now, of course, send out your sales message to the group
you’ve named “adsat 06-01.”
It will only take a few minutes
(depending on your modem) for Group Mailer to email out your sales message. But, again, why waste time!?.....
Step 12:
WHILE GROUP MAILER IS MAILING OUT YOUR SALES MESSAGE TO THE
GROUP OF LEADS YOU RECEIVED TWO DAYS AGO FROM ADSATURATION, go to the
member's area of your MyEbizPage site and in "Member Tools," click
on "Collected Emails." Since, as above, you are working on a
two day delay collect the email addresses from (for example) "2002 -
Jun - 01" to "2002 - Jun -01" This will make available
to you all the email addresses that were collected for you by the MyEbizPage
system two days ago, on June 1.
Step 13: After you
click on "Create List," download this list, and copy it to your
Windows clipboard.
Step 14: Now
go back to your Group Mailer, which by now should be done emailing
your sales message to the 06-01 AdSaturation leads.
Of course, you’ll need to delete the “adsat 06-01” group since
you can only mail to each list ONCE, and.....
You’re DONE with AdSaturation
for the day!
Step 15: Set up a new
group in your Group Mailer entitled simply, “mebp."
(Note: Since MyEbizPage saves your leads FOR you, and you can go BACK
as far as you desire to retrieve them, it is unnecessary to set up a
separate group each day as you did with FFANET and AdSaturation.)
Step 16: Paste the
email addresses you received from MyEbizPage (which are in your Windows
clipboard) into the group you just created ("mebp"). Send
out your sales message.
It will only take a few minutes
(depending on your modem) for Group Mailer to email out your sales message. But, as in our two examples above, why waste time!?.....
Step 17: Go to your
SafeListWorld site, and send your sales message out to the safelists of
which you are a member.
You’re DONE with SafeListWorld
for the day!
Step 18: Now
go back to your Group Mailer, which by now should be done emailing
your sales message to the 06-01 MyEbizPage leads.
Of course, you’ll need to delete the “mebp” group since you can
only mail to each list ONCE, and.....
You’re DONE with MyEbizPage for
the day!
There you have it!
By following the simple eighteen
steps above, after a little practice you will easily be able to complete
your daily emailing tasks in less than ten minutes!
